How does the recipient get their gift card?
The gift card is emailed to you instantly after purchase, with a unique code. Forward the email to your recipient, or print it and tuck it into a card — whichever suits the moment.
Does it expire?
Never. NOA gift cards have no expiry date and no fees — well beyond the 3-year minimum required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can it be used to book a workshop?
Yes! Gift cards work on everything — matcha, tools, gift sets and workshop bookings across Australia. Any remaining difference can simply be paid at checkout.
What if they don't spend it all at once?
The remaining balance stays on the card automatically and can be used on future orders — nothing is lost.
Can they pay the difference for a bigger order?
Absolutely. At checkout the gift card is applied first, and any remaining amount can be paid by card as usual.
Can I get a custom amount or bulk cards for a team?
Yes — for custom amounts or corporate/team gifting, send us a note and we'll arrange it within a business day.
Can it be exchanged for cash?
