Noa Matcha — Return & Exchange Policy

At Noa Matcha, we care deeply about your experience and your wellness journey. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you believe your product is unsatisfactory, please email us as soon as possible and let us know the reason. For a return to be processed, the matcha must be sent back in its original, unopened packaging for assessment.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Make sure to include your invoice inside the package.
Once we review the product and confirm that it is truly unsatisfactory, we will replace it at no cost to you.

If your return is approved for a refund, the refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of matcha that has been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 1–2 days of receiving it.
Take a clear photo of the damaged item and your invoice, then email them to us.
Once we review your case, we will arrange a replacement for you.
