Sand-Brewed Turkish Coffee Workshop

Join us for a special one-hour Turkish coffee experience, created exclusively for the Good Day community.

You’ll learn about the tradition of Turkish coffee, then prepare your own cup using a traditional cezve and heated sand.

You’ll choose how sweet you’d like your coffee, learn the techniques behind sand brewing and create your own cup step by step.

Afterwards, enjoy your coffee with Turkish delight and discover the fun tradition of Turkish coffee cup reading — including how to turn the cup and interpret some of the shapes and symbols left behind.

Before you book

Do I need any experience?
None at all. Most guests have never whisked matcha or painted ceramics before. The pace is slow, the instructions are simple, and the vibe is "no pressure, no perfection."
What should I bring?
Matcha, your ceramic piece and all paints are provided. Just wear something you don't mind getting a little creative in — paint can be playful!
What happens to my ceramic piece?
It's yours to take home at the end of the session — your hand-painted keepsake from the day.
How big is the group?
We keep sessions small and intimate so everyone gets personal guidance and a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for beginners, couples, friends and solo creatives alike.
Is there a dairy-free / vegan option?
Yes! We offer dairy-free, plant-based milk at every workshop, so you can enjoy your matcha exactly how you like it. Just let your host know on the day.
Tickets & refund policy
