How to enjoy

Sift one teaspoon of powder into a bowl, add a splash of hot water (about 80°C, not boiling) and whisk into a smooth paste. Top up with hot water for a pure cup, or with steamed or iced milk for a latte. All three are lovely in smoothies, baking and desserts too.
